How does the Loopii™ collar work?
The passerby simply scans the Loopii™ QR Code with their phone.
He immediately accesses your partner's profile (photo, name, useful information) and can call or message you with one click.
No application to install, no account required.
Does the collar work without a battery?
Yes 🙂
The QR Loopii™ contains no battery or electronics .
It works for life , without recharging, and remains readable even in rain or mud.
Is the necklace waterproof?
Yes, absolutely.
Biothane is 100% waterproof , does not retain odors and can be cleaned in seconds with a damp cloth.
How do I create my dog's Loopii™ profile?
You don't need to configure anything yourself .
Here's how it works:
- You are ordering a Loopii™ necklace or accessory
- At checkout, you specify:
your companion's name
your phone number
possibly important information (allergies, personality, etc.)
- Based on this information, we create the Loopii™ record ourselves in our system
- The QR code on your necklace is linked to this information sheet before shipping.
- You receive a collar ready to use , without complicated setup.
Can I change the information later?
Yes, it's possible.
If you change your phone number, address, or wish to update any information, simply write to us at:

Is Loopii™ a GPS tracker?
No.
Loopii™ is a rapid identification and contact system, not a geolocation system.
- ✅ No ongoing monitoring
- ✅ No tracking
- ✅ Total respect for your privacy
- If you need real-time tracking over long distances, you can use a GPS tracker in addition to the Loopii™ collar.
What size dog should I choose?
Use our Loopii™ size guide :
- Measure his actual neck circumference (with a flexible measuring tape).
- Add 2 cm for comfort
- Refer to the size chart to choose the correct size (XXS → XXL)
Is the QR code scratch-resistant?
Yes.
We use a durable engraving that is resistant to water, mud, UV rays and friction.
The QR code remains readable for several years without degradation.
Can the necklace be personalized?
Yes, absolutely.
You can choose:
- The color of biothane
- The color of the accessories (gold, silver, matte black, rose gold)
- The engraving of the name
- The patterns (paws, hearts, bones)
Each necklace is prepared in our workshops.
What are your preparation and delivery times?
Treatment in 24 to 48 hours .
Delivery in France: 2 to 5 working days .
A tracking number is sent as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
Can I return a personalized necklace?
For personalized products (name, designs), returns are not possible.
But if the product arrives damaged or contains an error, we will replace it free of charge .
My scanner doesn't open the Loopii™ record, what should I do?
Try with another phone
